Terms and Conditions for Rental

1. Full payment for rental + refundable deposit in Cash to be made upon collection or delivery.

2. Please kindly inform us if you wish to cancel your order/arrange for another pick-up/make changes to your rental. Rental reservations will be void and priority will be given to other customers if collection is not done by the agreed time and date.

3. Return to be done within 3 days, including the day of collection, except for Commercial units(return within 1 day) . Late returns are chargeable on a daily basis $20-$100 per day.

4. Refundable deposit applicable.

5. Machines should be in clean working condition upon return. Deposit may be deducted/confiscated for dirty/damage of machine at Liquid Chocolate's discretion. Machine to be washed thoroughly before returning except for Commercial Cotton Candy and Popcorn Machines.

6. Machine units should not come into contact with water at all times.

7. Collection and return of Chocolate fountain can be done at Clark Quay/Siglap at seller's convenience. (Exact Address will be given to interested parties)

8. Do not leave machines on for more than 2 hour. Allow motor/rotary to rest for 5-10min before continuing to prevent overheating.

9. Do not use sharp objects against machine.

10. Clean the machines immediately after use to prevent hard-to-remove stains from forming.

11.For Chocolate Fountains, only fountain chocolate to be used. Fountain works best in the absence of wind. Wind may cause the fountain to flicker and splatter.

12. Be careful not to allow food bits to drop into Chocolate Fountain while dipping.

13. Liquid Chocolate reserves the right to make changes to their listings. Kindly visit our website for the most updated pricing and information.
