Chocolate Melting Procedures in 4 Simple Steps

1. Place chocolate buttons into a microwave safe container.
2. Place the container in a microwave for 40 s on high. Stir.
3. Repeat Step 2 once more to get a smooth mixture till there are no lumps of chocolate left.
4. Turn on the machine to "Heat & Flow". Ensure that the machine is rotating properly.
5. Slowly pour in the molten chocolate from the side into the stainless steel bowl.
6. The table or fountain should be leveled for optimal flow.
