Chocolate Melting Procedures in 4 Simple Steps

1. Place chocolate buttons into a microwave safe container. |
| 2. Place the container in a microwave for 40 s on high. Stir. |
| 3. Repeat Step 2 once more to get a smooth mixture till there are no lumps of chocolate left. |
| 4. Turn on the machine to "Heat & Flow". Ensure that the machine is rotating properly. |
| 5. Slowly pour in the molten chocolate from the side into the stainless steel bowl. |
| 6. The table or fountain should be leveled for optimal flow. |
